Old tenants leaving and Finding a new tenant can be stressful! Last thing you need is a disaster left behind, and that is where we come in. We offer Pre and Post tenancy cleaning services, therefore, you can leave everything to us and we will have your property ready to move in or out ASAP. 

Unexpected disasters ? Need a clean up crew there in the shortest time possible ? We have got you covered. Emergency and one off cleaning can be provided.  Simply fill out a quotation form. Explain the emergency or Call our contact number. 

All desks  and chairs will be wiped down using general surface cleaners that remove 99.99% of bacteria. 

All toilets, Sinks, urinals, mirrors, sides, handrails, dryers and including in the bathroom cleaning. When requesting a quote please ensure to add in detail the number of bathrooms in your office that require cleaning. 

Most offices in this day and age have a kitchen or cafeteria area for their employees. This area is covered in office cleaning, however, must be mentioned when requesting a quotation. 

All of our products are anti-bacterial that kills 99.9% of bacteria, this is to ensure your offices are safe for your employees. Especially in high risk areas such as handrails, door handles, Lift buttons, desks and chairs.

 All floor types will be Hoovered. Hard floors are always washed and polished. Carpet cleaning  available but must be requested as this is charged as extra. 

 All windows inside the offices will be cleaned. if windows are easily accessible from the outside and the client would like this please specify when asking for a quotation.  

With every End of Tenancy service we will always include oven cleaning unless requested not to do so! If there is more than 1 this also needs to bestated when requesting a quotation. This is always included in the genereal price also. 

All Baths, showers, taps, sinks, toilets and shower heads will be scrubbed of its limescale and buffed up to Shine like they were brand new!

 With every End of Tenancy service we will always include 1 fridge / freezer. This is included in the general pricing. If you have more than one this needs to be stated when requesting a quotation . All fridge and freezers must be defrosted prior to service.
